Q1. Do you offer child care for the sick children of foreigners in Japan?


A. Yes, Florence’s Sick Child Care service is available for foreigners. In fact, we have some foreign members. However, to join Florence, you need to have a certain understanding of written and spoken Japanese. As you will need to fill out documents written in Japanese and communicate with our Japanese staff every time you use our service. Please contact us for more information.


Q2. Can I make a donation from overseas?


A. Yes, we gratefully accept your overseas donations by bank transfer. If you wish to make a donation towards a specific campaign or project, please make mention of it by e-mailing us before submitting your donation.
