Admission Procedure
1. Attend an online orientation
We basically open the online orientation every month but if the members were already filled, we may temporary stop recruiting new member.
2. Notify us if you would like to join
Submit an interview sheet that is on the last part of the online orientation. Fill out the sheet and send it to us. (or that is in the last step of the online orientation.)
3. Admission screen
We screen if you fill all our requirements to be a member.
4. Send a registration form
We send you a register form if you pass the screen.
5. Submit the registration documents
Fill out the form and submit to us. (In case of you are not able to use Excel or E-mail; we provide an agent service with 10,000yen.)
6. Attend an orientation session
Basically, you must participate in the orientation. (You do not have to bring your child there.) We start counting the day of the orientation as the first day of admission. (The first monthly fee is on a pro-rate basis.) If you are not available on the scheduled date of orientation, we can set the orientation individually, but the monthly fee is charged from the day of orientation. If you did it individually before the group orientation day, the monthly fee is charged from the individual's.
7. Use sick child care service
You can use our service from the next business day of the orientation or individual’s.
