All staff are either certificated or tested through past experiences in raising children. 
We also require the one month training for every new staff member, and brush-up training for every staff per once week to provide safe sick child care.

We cooperate with over ten pediatricians in Tokyo. Ho
t-Line greatly supports proper advice for staff.
